WAVE 글로벌공동강의는 본교 교원과 해외 저명대학 교원이 공동으로 제공하는 수준 높은 수업을 통해 학생들의 글로벌 학습 경험을 확대하고, 이를 바탕으로 본교 교육 경쟁력 제고 및 글로벌 학습 플랫폼 구축을 목표로 하는 프로그램이다. 본 프로그램은 해외대학과의 공동 교육과정 운영 및 공동 연구 등 다양한 협력 기반을 확대하기 위한 성균관대학교 특성화 프로그램으로서 중점적으로 운영되고 있다.

This session explores the emerging role of generative AI and large language models (LLMs) in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology. We will examine new trends and promises for research and practice, discuss practical applications across organizational settings, and provide an accessible introduction to how large language models work and how they can be used responsibly in I-O Psychology.
- 2차: Introduction to Hugging Face and Hands-On Examples
This session introduces Hugging Face, a leading open-source platform for generative AI and LLM development. We will explore key tools and functions that support building LLMs. The session will include hands-on examples of LLM applications in organizational settings, along with additional real-world case examples to illustrate how Hugging Face can support research, innovation, and practical implementation.
